Mr. BK Jain is a civil engineer with 25 years experience in planning and execution of real estate projects. He has worked on diverse projects ranging from malls, high end residential and office complexes. He also has attended programs on concrete construction management, quality improvement and is a certified internal auditor for ISO 9000.
During his tenure with Sahara India, he has achieved benchmarks in quality standards, especially in high end projects like Sahara Grace and Ambi Valley Lake City.
He is also experienced in renovation and interior works and specialty areas like car dealerships and exhibition halls.

He has pursued a very challenging career with Indian Navy for 15 years, there by managing the planning and operation of various Ships submarines and establishment at different places.

Gained exposure of land & FSI Deals and dealing with AWHO in all over India.

His career includes successful projects like: Sahara Mall, Today Homes West Gate Mall, North Gate Mall, Blossem –I and II, The Banjara Mall, Sahara Grace Luxury Apartments, Piedmont’s Taksila Heights, Taksila Garden.

Maithly holds more than seven years of cross functional experience in operations and finance.  Prior to joining V square she has worked with RICS and Blackrock (previously Helix advisors India Pvt. Ltd.).  She is an excellent team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skill. She has been exposed to different functional areas of Real Estate Financing and Investment (REFI).  Maithly has done her Masters in Business Administration from Amity University, Noida.
Maithly is specialist in Financial Due Diligence, Key Account Management, Process Implementation, Coordination and Data Management. In her current role she is involved in Developing policies and procedures to promote meaningful communications between internal and external clients for improving process efficiency and quality.

His present role includes servicing, interaction with potentials brokers as well as customer to push up the sales of the project. He demonstrate strong communication skills, building rapport in the working environment, to create 'win-win' situation for brokers and the company in order to increase the revenue for the company
