He has worked on the real estate development side with organizations of repute like DLF, Sahara India and has accomplished complete project lifecycles- from conceptualizing to making a success. He was also associated in setting up and running a FDI compliant real estate Private Equity fund called Pramerica -BHI, and had originated and deployed $ 300 million of Equity, Preferred Equity and Mezzanine transactions in Indian Real estate. His victory ladder includes commercial success of some of DLF’s leading mall and office projects in India. His Vast experience covers managing start up firms and taking them to the growth tree and finally dwelling the fruit of success. His roles have extended in diverse aspects from creating the entire organizational fabric, completing legal statutory formalities, recruitment and training of teams, land acquisition/ auctions, Design development and master planning, legal documentation and manuals and last but not least his niche sales and marketing of projects. He has excelled in his performance at all levels. |

| He is a qualified Civil Engineer having the overall responsibility for managing project stakeholders’ interests through the development management process. He heads a team which will be responsible for compiling and closing out Development Briefs including Project Management Plans, Consultant Strategy, Design Brief, Procurement and Contract Administration, and Transition Management. |

| With over 23 years of experience specializing in the construction & project management, real estate, project co-ordination and transition management on the project’s comprising of Residential Group Housing, Shopping Mall, Commercial Buildings, Resorts, Amusement Park & Low Cost Housing. He has been instrumental in his past associations with companies like :Piedmont Development Company Private Limited and was responsible for Development of Taksila Height Project and ILD Spire Greens . Other companies to name a few : Bestech, Omaxe, Unitech, Eldeco and Villayati Ram Mittal etc where complete project lifecycles right from conceptualizing of the project to delivering a commercially successful project. He has been responsible in various capacities in the development and construction of over 11 million sqft of prime Real Estate Projects. |

| He has an undergraduate degree in Commerce from University of Madras and holds an MBA from Faculty of Management University of Delhi with specialization in Finance. He is also a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He was former Director of Arkan Proindia Private Limited and is an expert as real estate advisor and strategic consultant. In his capacity he has managed structural finance functions, internal and external legal functions for closing investments with local clients, setting up of overseas entities / funds and corporate compliance . He was positioned as Executive Director-Corporate Affairs with Beekman Helix India Consulting; a Real estate focused merchant banking and advisory firm. . |
